1. Argentine Military Cemetery (1.5 hours)

Our tour begins with a scenic drive from Stanley, the capital of the Falkland Islands, to the Argentine Military Cemetery, located on East Falkland. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to soak in the picturesque landscapes, witnessing stone runs, the majestic Battlefield mountains, the military base, and iconic dug holes. The Argentine Military Cemetery is a solemn place, home to the remains of 237 Argentine combatants who lost their lives during the 1982 Falkland Islands conflict. Additionally, there are 123 unknown fatalities. In 2017, DNA testing was conducted to identify those whose names were unknown, adding a powerful layer of remembrance and closure to this site.
